Siân Maher, MREC, Director, started her recruitment career in 1988 specialising in the commercial sector. 

Her experience extended to Technical, Accountancy and Construction.  She has a long career of managing and training recruitment consultants locally.  She managed a large commercial branch in Hastings for 7 years and returned to Eastbourne where she opened Grafters Recruitment Consultants and Grafters Accountancy Personnel She proudly leads the field in this industry.

Grafters Recruitment (est 1999) and Grafters Accountancy Personnel (est 2005) are leading the field, providing recruitment solutions for a broad range of clients.  The success of Grafters is built on expertise and energy and long standing consultants, providing both an individual and tailored service.  They have quickly become the most successful recruitment agency, based in Eastbourne, supplying staff to the Brighton and surrounding area.  They have won many awards over the years including ‘ Professional Business’ and ‘ Employer of the Year’.  They deliver a wholly professional and unmatched service to their clients, who are constantly delighted with their performance.
