Andrew Halfacree - Flude Commercial

Andrew Halfacree has worked in the commercial property market on the south coast since 1991 qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1995.

He has worked in Brighton & Hove since 1996 and teamed up with Edward Flude in 1997 shortly after the inception of Flude Commercial. Andrew heads the firm's agency business and acts for a wide range of clients from local individuals to multi-national companies to include the likes of Aviva Investors, M&G Property Fund, Prudential, Telereal, ITV, Newsquest Media Group, Southern Water and Hargreaves Properties.

Flude Commercial, founded in 1996 and based in Brighton, are Chartered Surveyors specialising in the provision of informed and professional advice to businesses and individuals with commercial property interests. In particular Flude Commercial specialise in the following areas: sales, lettings & acquisitions, rent reviews, lease renewals & re-gearing, property management, valuation, investment & development and rating.
